These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all mobile applications developed and published by 3T DENTISTRY COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), collectively referred to as Our Apps.

By downloading or using any of Our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Our Apps.

1. Use of the App

  • You may use Our Apps only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer Our Apps.

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your device when using Our Apps.

  • For apps providing health or dental information, such content is for reference only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, design, and other materials in Our Apps are owned by or licensed to 3T DENTISTRY COMPANY LIMITED and are protected by applicable laws.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps; you do not own any rights to the apps or their content.

3. No Warranty

  • Our Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that:

    1. The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

    2. The content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular purpose.

  • You use Our Apps at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3T DENTISTRY COMPANY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Our Apps.

  • If any liability is found, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the specific app in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is lower.

5. Changes to the Service and Terms

  • We may update, change, or stop providing Our Apps at any time without prior notice.

  • We may also change these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use Our Apps after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules.
